Ingredients: Paccasassi* 38%, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil 25%, wine vinegar, salt.

*Sea Fennel (Crithmummaritimum).

Allergens: May contain MUSTARD, TREE NUTS.

Use and matches: Sea fennel in oil is extremely versatile and is ideal for imaginative appetizers or together with top quality meat, salami, fish dishes and dairy products. Perfect eaten alone on bread or with Mortadella, excellent pairing with anchovies, smoked salmon and oysters. Once Sea fennel are eaten, the remaining oil can be used as a flavoursome dressing for salads and starters.
