Artisan vegan mayonnaise with sea fennel and extra virgin olive oil. Sea fennel confers to this mayonnaise an absolutely unique flavour. This mayonnaise is suitable for egg allergy sufferers and for vegans.

Ingredients: sunflower oil, water, Paccasassi (sea fennel / Crithmum maritimum) 4.5%, lemon juice from concentrate, sugar, modified corn starch, wine vinegar, salt, mustard seeds, thickener: gum of xanthan, turmeric.
