Ingredients: sea fennel* 47%, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seeds oil, lemon juice, anchovies (FISH), salt, garlic, black pepper.

Suggested pairings: The newsauce is a magnificent pairing with bruschetta (grilled bread slices aromatized with ex- tra-virgin olive oil and garlic and topped with fresh dicedred tomato), smoked salmon, sea salad and fresh pasta; it is also ideal to reinvent ordinary fish and meat recipes.
