& Paccasassi

Artisan mustard made from yellow seeds mustard combined with Paccasassi (sea fennel). Paccasassi gives this mustard sauce a character of absolute aromatic uniqueness.

Ingredients: water, wine vinegar (sulfites), mustard seeds 18%, Paccasassi (sea fennel / Crithmum maritimum) 6%, sugar, sunflower oil, salt, spices.

Allergens: SULPHITE, MUSTARD. May contain TREE NUTS.

Use and matches: To be used in combination with raw fish, with smoked salmon and tuna, and to give your anchovies in oil a unique flavor. It goes well with raw or steamed vegetables, poached eggs, and meat tartare. Absolutely to try as a condiment for grilled meats.
