RED PEPPER MUSTARD
Handmade mustard made of yellow mustard seed with red peppers. This sauce ha an extraordinary organoleptic elegance and the mustard taste, gently spicy, is improved by the red peppers one. Mustard taste is gently with the red peppers flavour.
Ingredients: water, wine vinegar, mustard seed 18%, red peppers 10%, sugars, extra vergin olive oil, salt, spices.
Suggested pairings: It’s perfect with boiled or grilled high-quality meat, sausages, hot-dog and hamburger. This sauce is excellent with raw vegetables as carrots, celery, peppers, but also as salad condiment with extra vergin olive oil.
