RASPBERRY & PEAR SAUCE
Raspberry and pear sweet and sour sauce. Its taste is quiet sour, sweet and intensely fruity.
Ingredients: raspberry 43%, pears 32%, sugar, wine vinegar, corn starch, lemon zest, salt, ginger, chili peppers.
Suggested pairings: The intense and sour flavor, balanced by sweet one of pears, makes this sauce perfect with fried and steamed fish, salted codfish, sea cold salad or tuna tartare, but also with ripened cheese. It’s a perfect condiment for mixed salad with walnuts and cheese. Absolutely to taste with boiled meat and venison.
